SHIPPING IN A NUTSHELL

• Orders are fulfilled either form Bali, Germany or the UK and will be dispatched within 3 days or faster.
  
• We offer Flat-Rate Shipping. VAT incl. for all EU Countries and the UK.
• Additional duties, taxes and fees may apply for non EU-countries (except the UK)
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Free Shipping in Germany & Indonesia for orders over 100€
• Free Shipping all other countries for orders over 300€
• All shipping rules are not applicable for Prints.

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Bali, Indonesia, Germany or the UK.

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail or Hermes, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping Germany over purchase of 100€ and for all orders over 300 €

Please note this fees are not applicable for Prints.

3. Shipping Time

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. However, the well-being of our small team is our highest priority we follow health protocols and local restrictions. This may affect dispatch times.

We are not responsible for any delays on our shipper side.

 

4. Duties, Taxes and Fees

VAT is incl. in all EU Shipments and the UK

In case your product is not on stock in your shipping zone (only applies on EU and UK) custom and VAT maybe applied. In that case we will inform you before we ship the order.  

For orders placed outside the European Union, it is the customer's responsibility to check and pay any import taxes, duties and fees that is charged upon delivery.

 

Returns.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party you nominated and who is not the carrier received the good(s).

 

1. Packaging and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid shipping damage. The goods should have no signs of use (animal hair, dirt, scratches, etc.)!

Goods made to customer specifications (such as custom-made items and engravings) are excluded from revocation. Also magazines, unsealed media (e.g. CDs) and unsealed personal care products (e.g. contact lenses).

 2. Franking the return

We do not offer free returns. Customer are obliged to bear the costs of the return shipment.

Hello BigHug will not cover the costs for returns and cannot be made responsible for the loss of untracked return shipments.

Unfortunately, we can not offer parcel labels for returns from other countries. Please ship with a shipping service provider of your choice and stamp the package sufficiently.

The refund is usually made within 14 working days of the arrival of your return package via the payment method that was also chosen to pay for the order.

Our return policy

If you are shopping for purposes assigned neither predominantly to your commercial nor to your self-employed occupation and if you are thus ordering as a consumer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following withdrawal instruction:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you or a third party you nominated and who is not the carrier received the good(s).

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (email). For this, you may use the attached withdrawal form, although this is not a strict requirement, just a proposal

It shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal term, if you dispatch the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal term has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

When you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund all of the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your decision to use a different delivery method than the cheapest standard method we offer), without any undue delay and within no more than 14 days after receipt of your notification of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, we shall not charge you any fees on the basis of this refund. We may refuse to make the refund until we have received back the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You are obliged to return the goods without any undue delay and in any event within no more than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline will be upheld provided the goods have been dispatched within 14 days of the notification

Shipping costs for returned goods need to be payed by the customer.

You are only required to compensate for any diminished value of the goods, if this diminished value is ascribed to an unnecessary handling thereof on your part to test the condition, features and mode of operations of the goods.
